We're Hiring: Precision Medicine Expert (PME) | Remote (US-Based) | Transforming Oncology Diagnostics

Are you passionate about advancing precision medicine and improving patient outcomes? Join our growing team at Diaceutics and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of diagnostic testing in oncology.

As a Precision Medicine Expert, you’ll be the key link between Diaceutics, our Pharma partners, and the US laboratory network—driving awareness, education, and adoption of cutting‑edge diagnostic solutions that enable personalized treatment decisions.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Engage with pathologists, lab managers, and diagnostic stakeholders across the US—virtually and in person.
  • Educate labs on new and emerging diagnostic tests aligned with Pharma partner goals.
  • Conduct structured interviews with lab stakeholders and KOLs to gather insights and feedback.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships within target accounts to support diagnostic adoption.
  • Represent Diaceutics and our partners at national and regional meetings, conferences, and site visits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and Pharma clients to identify barriers and co‑create impactful solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and provide regular updates on program progress.
What we’re looking for:
  • Scientific background with a postgraduate degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of diagnostic testing pathways, especially in oncology.
  • Experience engaging with laboratory stakeholders in the US.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex science into actionable insights.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Technical knowledge in molecular biology, genomics, immunohistochemistry (IHC), or immunology preferred.
  • Existing relationships with pathologists or oncologists highly desirable.
  • Located in the US with the ability to travel occasionally.
