Job summary

Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Device Assembler for a cleanroom environment in Redmond, WA. You will assemble life-saving medical devices with high precision while adhering to strict quality standards.

The role offers a $23.85/hour pay rate, a Monday–Thursday schedule from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and potential overtime on Fridays. Candidates should have 1–2 years of ISO-certified assembly experience and strong fine motor skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of medical device or ISO-certified assembly experience.
• Strong fine motor skills and manual dexterity.
• Ability to understand written/verbal instructions and perform basic math.

Responsibilities

• Meticulously assemble medical devices across multiple product lines, meeting production targets.
• Maintain Device History Records (DHR), Data Sheets, and Lot Control documentation.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to improve production metrics and report shortages.
