Spherion Staffing, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Device Assembler for a cleanroom environment in Redmond, WA. You will assemble life-saving medical devices with high precision while adhering to strict quality standards.

The role offers a $23.85/hour pay rate, a Monday–Thursday schedule from 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM, and potential overtime on Fridays. Candidates should have 1–2 years of ISO-certified assembly experience and strong fine motor skills.

Do you have any assembly or technical experience? Spherion Staffing is seeking a detail-oriented Medical Device Assembler for a cleanroom environment in Redmond, WA. This role involves the high-precision assembly of life-saving medical technology while maintaining strict quality standards.

COMPENSATION

• Pay Rate: $23.85 per hour

SCHEDULE

• Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (40 hours/week)
• Overtime: Friday shifts may be required based on business needs

LOCATION

Redmond, WA

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Meticulously assemble medical devices across multiple product lines, consistently meeting or exceeding target production rates and quantity standards.
• Adhere strictly to Quality System Policies, maintaining precise Device History Records (DHR), Data Sheets, and Lot Control documentation.
• Apply Lean Manufacturing principles to enhance production metrics, proactively manage Kanban inventory, and report material shortages.
• Adapt rapidly to procedure updates and new technologies, cross-training across multiple product lines and assisting senior assemblers in training team members.
• Maintain a safe, ergonomic work environment by following all safety policies, preventive maintenance guidelines, and good housekeeping protocols.
• Follow supervisor direction on priorities and shift requirements, demonstrating strong attendance, effective time management, and active participation in shared leadership initiatives.

WORKING HOURS

5:00 AM - 3:30 PM

SKILLS

• Familiarity with GDP, GMP, and Lean Manufacturing principles
• Experience using manufacturing equipment such as microscopes, soldering irons, and calipers
• Basic proficiency in MS Windows and standard PC applications

EXPERIENCE

• 1-4 years

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-2 years of medical device or ISO-certified assembly experience
• High school diploma or 2-3 years of relevant ISO-certified assembly experience
• Strong fine motor skills, manual dexterity, and eye coordination for small part assembly
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks with focus and stamina
• Capacity to work in a cleanroom environment and follow strict protocols
• Ability to understand written/verbal instructions and perform basic mathematics
