Manpower, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator I for a medical device manufacturer in Pleasanton, CA. The role focuses on assembling and testing devices in a cleanroom and requires precise documentation and adherence to procedures.

You will work with pacemakers, ICD leads, and related assemblies, following detailed instructions. The position emphasizes quality, safety, and continuous improvement, with day shifts and a pay rate of $21.50 per hour.

Competenze

• Cleanroom and assembly experience in controlled manufacturing environments.
• Experience soldering and working under a microscope.
• Ability to read, comprehend and follow written procedures and verbal instructions.
• Ability to use electronic data collection systems and computer software as required.
• Ability to handle and maneuver small components and parts.

Mansioni

• Produce high-quality medical devices within a manufacturing cell, performing assembly, repair, and test operations under close supervision.
• Assemble and support operations for pacemakers, ICDs, leads and related medical device assemblies using specified procedures.
• Work in a cleanroom environment and follow safety guidelines, using appropriate safety devices.
• Maintain accurate job documentation for cell operations and traveler/quality documents.
• Participate in continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
