Job summary

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 0–1 year manufacturing experience, and strong manual dexterity. Overtime may be required as business needs dictate.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 0–1 year of manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Hand dexterity to work with small parts (some under microscope).
• Ability to handle confidential and/or sensitive information.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Flexibility to manage multiple projects in an organized, timely manner.
• Ability to problem-solve, work under pressure and manage stress.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, inspect, and package products following written processes.
• Work at a pace that meets established time standards while ensuring quality.
• Communicate progress and report problems to Line Lead or Supervisor.
• Perform routine assignments according to procedures.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Support departments to ensure compliance with requirements.
