Job summary

Resonetics is seeking an Operator II to conduct general manufacturing operations, test products, assemble parts, and contribute to product development. You will follow written processes, read production drawings, and complete essential documentation in a fast-paced, clean-room environment.

Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED and 3+ years of medical device manufacturing experience. Strong hand dexterity and the ability to work overtime are required.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• 3+ years of assembly and/or manufacturing experience in the medical device industry.
• Able to read work orders, follow production drawings, and receive instruction.
• Able to complete all essential documents (Lab Notebooks, Device Master Records, Lot History Records, Inspection Records, and Validation Documentation)
• Hand dexterity, including ability to work with very small pieces (some under microscope and some not) – requires patience and diligence.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture, inspect, and package products following written processes
• Read work orders, follow production drawings, and complete necessary documents
• Perform routine assignments according to specified and/or standardized procedures
• Communicate progress and report problems to Line Lead or Supervisor
• Identify opportunities for productivity and quality improvements
• Train other team members on an as needed basis
• Ensure equipment is maintained and calibrated within defined timelines to minimize interruption to production lines
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Support company finance, accounting, human resources, quality, regulatory, and clinical departments as necessary to ensure compliance with requirements.
