Resonetics is seeking a skilled production operator in Minnesota to support the operation of multiple manufacturing machines, including wet processing, welding, stamping, forming, drawing, and assembly. The role emphasizes teamwork and adherence to documented procedures in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has at least three years in a similar manufacturing setting, can follow detailed technical instructions, and maintain quality through meticulous inspection and data entry.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in a comparable manufacturing environment.
• Ability to follow detailed technical processes using mechanical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform medium to high complexity tasks related to customer specific process requirements. Must be able to comprehend documentation requirements.
• Verify system conditions or equipment status before operation. Employee may be required to adjust system settings within established guidelines
• Inspect components to ensure specifications have been met.
• Enter data and report issues as required.
• Take responsibility as directed for all required process documentation
• Train other employees on production processes or equipment usage as requested by Supervisor.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area.
• Follows instructions of the Lead, Supervisor and/or Production Manager and conduct all work according to Resonetics policy and good safe labor practices.
• The use of chemicals is prevalent in many areas. Employee needs to understand personal protection policies and follow them at all times.
• Employee must conduct themselves in a professional and appropriate manner and is responsible for maintaining a high standard of conduct and job performance.
