Job summary

Cretex Medical Component and Device Technologies is seeking an Assembly/Production Operator to perform basic to advanced machine operations, assembly, inspection, and secondary processes in a fast-paced medical device environment.

The role requires proficiency across multiple production areas, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining quality and safety standards. Monday–Friday shift 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM; competitive wage and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of manufacturing experience.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions in English.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspection using microscopes, gauges, calipers, or other measurement tools.
• Set up and operate production equipment, including loading programs and adjusting parameters.
• Cross train across manufacturing areas and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain 5S standards and ensure clean, organized work area.
