Job summary

Integra LifeSciences in Mansfield, MA is seeking a Manufacturing Operator 1 for Assembly & Packaging in a controlled cleanroom. You will assemble and test neurosurgical perf orators and related medical devices, following SOPs and engineering specs, with accurate data entry into manufacturing systems.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, GMP familiarity, basic computer skills, and the ability to stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and test components and products using computer-controlled equipment.
• Perform inspections and testing per print specifications (First Article inspections).
• Record data into manufacturing documentation and systems (quality inspection data and training records).
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and comply with GMPs, ISO, FDA requirements.
• Participate in team-based process improvements and coordinate with other areas.
