Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is hiring a Manufacturing Operator I to perform a range of operations on the assembly line, assembling sub‑assemblies and components for medical devices. The role requires careful inspection of products and adherence to procedures to ensure quality and safety.

Ideal candidates will have High School education and 0–3 years in an FDA environment, with good English reading skills and proficiency with hand tools and small parts.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• 0 to 3 years of experience in an FDA regulated environment is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand English.
• Manual abilities to work with small parts and hand tools.
• Ability to perform a variety of operations at the assembly lines.
• Rapidity to achieve productivity levels.

Responsibilities

• Assembles sub‑assemblies or components using hand tools and equipment until product is assembled.
• Inspects products during each operation for defects using binocular microscope or visually.
• Assists group peers to complete tasks and meets production schedules.
• Follows shop orders, blueprints, and procedures for specifications.
