Job summary

Integra LifeSciences is seeking a Manufacturing Operator I to perform a variety of assembly line operations for medical devices. You will assemble sub-assemblies, inspect components with a binocular microscope, and conduct tests per procedures, ensuring high quality standards and adherence to production schedules.

The role requires reading shop orders and drawings, maintaining clean work areas, and supporting multiple workstations as needed in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Ability to read and understand English
• Manual abilities to work with small parts and hand tools
• Ability to perform a variety of operations at the assembly lines
• Rapidity to achieve productivity levels

Responsibilities

• Assembles sub-assemblies or components using hand tools and equipment until product is completely assembled
• Inspects products during each operation for defects using binocular microscope or visually
• Conducts tests to components or products using infusion pump machines, leakage machines, glue dispensers, UV equipment and gauges
• Re-works rejected lots from QA Inspectors
• Follows shop orders and procedures for specifications and drawings
• Maintains work area and tools clean and organized at all times
• Reads shop orders, blueprints, and procedures for specifications and follow Production Order Instructions
