Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and operations sheets.

Responsibilities

• Assembles product parts on assembly line following procedures and blueprints.
• Fastens parts with bolts, screws, rivets, and fasteners.
• Disassembles or salvages scrap parts as needed.
• Operates drill presses, hand drills, rivet machines and related equipment.
• May operate forklift after certification.
• Performs spot checks to ensure quality standards; smooths rough edges.
• Inspects for defects such as missing or damaged brackets and incorrect artwork.
