Job summary

Avalign Technologies in Greenwood, IN is seeking an Assembler for a 2nd shift. You will assemble and inspect medical devices prior to delivery, following established procedures, blueprints, and quality standards to ensure safe, reliable results.

Required: high school diploma or equivalent, 1–3 months related experience, ability to read blueprints, operate rivet machines, lift up to 50 pounds, and communicate effectively in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assembles product parts on assembly line following procedures
• Fastens parts with bolts, screws, rivets or fasteners
• Operates rivet machines and related equipment to support assembly
• Performs spot checks to ensure quality standards are met
• Inspects products for defects and compliance with drawings
• May assist with minor reworks as needed
