Job summary

Avalign Technologies is seeking an Assembler for our Greenwood, IN facility on a 2nd shift. You will assemble and inspect products, following established procedures and blueprints to meet quality standards.

Responsibilities include operating rivet and drilling equipment, fastening parts, and performing quality checks. Minimal forklift use may be required after certification. We value accuracy, teamwork, and a proactive work ethic.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and precision in assembly tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and operation sheets.
• Capable of following written and verbal instructions precisely.
• Willingness to work on a 2nd shift schedule in Greenwood, IN.

Responsibilities

• Assemble assigned product parts on the line following established procedures and blueprints.
• Fasten parts using bolts, screws, rivets, and other fasteners.
• Disassemble or salvage scrap parts as needed to maintain workflow.
• Operate drill presses, rivet/press equipment to assist assembly.
• Potentially operate a forklift after certification.
• Perform spot checks to ensure quality and finish.
• Inspect for defects and ensure parts meet specifications.
