Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Hands-on experience in mechanical assembly or fabrication.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring tools.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and schematics.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently and in a team.
• Availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Assist in fabrication, assembly, and integration of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documentation.
• Conduct mechanical testing, troubleshooting, and adjustments to ensure functionality and performance.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments for assembly and modifications.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to support prototype development and system improvements.
• Maintain detailed records of assembly procedures, modifications, and test results.
• Follow safety guidelines, quality standards, and industry best practices.
• Assist in field testing and deployment of mechanical systems as needed.
