Job summary

Raven Defense Corporation is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer in Albuquerque, NM to lead electrical design, modeling, assembly, and troubleshooting for mission-critical hardware. You will bridge customer requirements with field-ready hardware in a cross-functional team that moves designs from screen to field.

The role emphasizes hands-on system integration, PCB prototyping for telemetry and RF, and supporting Satellite Communications and Electronic Warfare projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience developing electrical schematics, harness drawings, and performing hands-on system integration
• Proven ability to maintain technical excellence in a high-tempo environment with shifting priorities and mission-critical deadlines
• Proficiency in DoD guidelines and standards, security procedures, testing protocols, and administrative standards

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical loads analysis, complex harness design, and selection and integration of COTS equipment
• Drive the design and prototyping of PCBs for telemetry, RF, or mixed-signal applications
• Perform system wiring, troubleshooting, and field-level repairs of mission-critical equipment
• Serve as the electrical lead within a small, agile team to develop novel solutions for Satellite Communications, Telemetry, and Electronic Warfare
