Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 3–6 years of related experience.
• Strong GD&T interpretation per ASME Y14.5.
• Proficient blueprint reading and tolerancing application.

Responsibilities

• Verify inspection data with double gaging to ensure component integrity and resolve discrepancies.
• Run moderately complex setups and inspection programs; diagnose and resolve issues in outputs and calibrations.
• Interpret dimensional tolerances and apply them to components of enhanced complexity.
• Identify external specifications and apply to inspection process.
• Participate in root-cause problem solving for internal and external quality failures.
• Engage in 5S and sustainment activities to keep the work area organized.
• May work overtime or alternate shifts based on business needs.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
