Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read a tape measure (fraction, decimal, metric to imperial).
• Basic command of English (written and verbal).
• Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities

• Assemble mechanical components for switchgear/breaker units per drawings and specs.
• Maintain and properly use tools.
• Perform in-process inspections and ensure quality per work instructions.
• Complete ship prep tasks including gear splitting.
• Promote safety culture and attend safety meetings.
• Keep work areas clean and organized.
