Job summary

ARIA STAFFING LLC is seeking energetic Manufacturing Experience Assemblers to join our Northside production team. You will assemble high-quality products using hand tools, read technical drawings, and contribute to safety and process improvements.

This in-person role runs Monday–Friday 5AM–4:30PM, with forklift operation experience valued, and opportunities to grow within a dynamic manufacturing facility.

Qualifications

• 2 years factory or manufacturing facility experience.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics.
• Maintain quality standards by inspecting parts and ensuring specs.
• Support process improvements to optimize workflow and safety.
• Record completed tasks, inspections, and deviations in production documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components accurately using hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments according to drawings and documents.
• Operate forklifts and other factory equipment safely to move materials.
• Interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions for precise assembly.
