Job summary

Parker Electromechanical is seeking a Production Assembler to perform complex mechanical and electromechanical assembly tasks on a day shift (6:00 am–2:30 pm) with potential early start times. The role requires following company procedures, operating tools and machines, and maintaining quality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include inspecting work for accuracy, recording data, and assisting with cross-cell training while maintaining strict safety standards and attendance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational training or apprenticeship preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in production assembly or related field.
• Able to perform complex mechanical/electromechanical assembly operations.
• Capable of reading and interpreting company documents and drawings.
• Must have good manual dexterity and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Performs various mechanical and/or electromechanical assembly operations per instructions.
• Operates machines and uses hand tools.
• Inspects own/other workers' output for accuracy against drawings.
• Records time and quantity data at the cell.
• Supports training in other cells/locations and adheres to safety policies.
• May work nights or weekends and overtime as needed.
