Aerotek is seeking Assembly Technicians for a contract position in Nampa, ID. You will assemble tubing, piping, valves and components per blueprints, read drawings, and safely operate hand and power tools in a clean, organized facility.

You will read mechanical drawings, use measuring tools, inspect work for quality, and collaborate with teammates to meet daily goals with reliable attendance and a strong mechanical aptitude.

Qualifications

• Experience using hand and power tools.
• Ability to read blueprints and assembly drawings.
• Mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, construction, HVAC, plumbing, automotive, fabrication, or related fields preferred.
• Ability to accurately read a tape measure.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Assemble tubing, piping, valves, fittings, and mechanical components according to blueprints and work instructions.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and assembly instructions.
• Safely operate hand tools and power tools to complete assemblies.
• Use tape measures and other measuring devices to ensure accurate component placement and assembly.
• Inspect completed work for quality, accuracy, and compliance with specifications.
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Work collaboratively with teammates to meet daily production goals.
• Assist with material handling and other production tasks as needed.
