Aerotek is seeking candidates for a contract-to-hire role in Nampa, Idaho. You will perform assembly, inspection, testing, machine operation, and packaging to meet production goals in a clean, light-industrial setting.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with hand/power tools use.
• Ability to read blueprints/schematics or detailed work instructions.
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and documentation.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Able to work independently after training and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, inspection, testing, machine operation, and packaging per work instructions.
• Support daily production schedules to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Use hand tools and read blueprints/schematics to complete tasks.
• Follow manufacturing processes, safety guidelines, and quality procedures.
• Document production activities using basic computer programs (Excel, Outlook).
• Maintain productivity while minimizing defects, scrap, and rework.
• Report quality concerns or equipment issues to supervisors.
• Participate in continuous improvement and workplace organization efforts.
• Collaborate with team and cross-functional departments as needed.
• Adapt to changing priorities and other duties as assigned.
