Exyte, located in Nampa, Idaho, seeks a Fit-Up Production Technician to prepare and assemble components with precision to support our high-tech production processes.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent, mechanical aptitude, and experience reading a tape measure, plus basic hand and power tool skills. Weekend work and lifting up to 40 pounds may be required in this role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Safe use of hand and power tools.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Manufacturing/production/assembly experience a plus.
• Ability to work 40+ hours including weekends.
• Lift up to 40 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble tubing, piping, and valves per drawings, prints, and work instructions.
• Read, understand, and follow work instructions and procedures.
• Measure materials and components using a tape measure and other basic measuring tools
• Interpret measurements in both fractional and decimal formats.
• Safely operate hand and power tools while following company safety procedures.
• Maintain quality standards and ensure assemblies meet specifications.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.
• Support cross-training efforts and assist in other production areas as needed.
• Follow all safety, quality, and housekeeping requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
