Job summary

Western Smokehouse Partners is seeking a fulltime Processing Team Member to produce raw meat products and ensure QA and USDA compliance. The role requires reading batch recipes, operating processing equipment, and maintaining strict hygiene in a cold production environment.

Qualified applicants will have 1–2 years in manufacturing or food processing, and familiarity with Vista Trac inventory. Safety-focused teamwork is essential as the team supports production goals and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or food processing environment is a plus.
• Ability to read batch recipes and standard operating procedures.
• Familiarity with Vista Trac inventory system.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre-operational inspections of machines and equipment.
• Receive shipments and complete required documentation.
• Weigh, grind, mix, stuff, and link meat according to batch specs.
• Load, operate, and adjust equipment to meet product requirements.
• Follow SOPs, GMPs, and FDA/USDA regulations and maintain cleanliness.
