Job summary

Western Smokehouse Partners is hiring a full-time Processing Team Member in Mexico, MO 65265. You will perform tasks from receiving and grinding to stuffing, cooking, labeling and documentation to meet customer specs and USDA standards.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 1–2 years in manufacturing or food processing; you must be able to work in a refrigerated environment, lift 50+ lbs, and thrive in a team with strong attention to detail and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of manufacturing/food processing is a plus.
• Ability to read and follow batch recipes and SOPs.
• Familiarity with Vista Trac inventory system.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties from receiving to documentation to ensure QA and USDA compliance.
• Operate, adjust and monitor processing equipment per batch specs.
• Stitch, weigh, mix, and stuff meat according to formulas.
• Load smokehouses and manage labeling and packaging.
• Follow SOPs, GMPs, and food safety protocols; report issues.
