Job summary

The Chefs' Warehouse in Richmond, CA is hiring a Production Cutter to prepare specialty cuts of meat and meet customer specifications in a busy facility. Training is available nearby (Union City/Brisbane). This role is based at the Richmond location with a clear path to shift-based work.

You will select products from pick tickets, cut to spec, weigh and package, maintain cleanliness, and follow HACCP, OSHA, and GMP guidelines. The pay rate is hourly, with benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 months experience in similar roles preferred.
• Must follow HACCP, OSHA and GMP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Select products from pick tickets and stage for production.
• Cut product to meet customer specifications.
• Transport finished product to packaging line.
• Weigh product to ensure specs.
• Replenish stock as needed.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Report any damage to management immediately.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
• Follow HACCP, OSHA & GMP guidelines.
