The Chefs' Warehouse in Brisbane, CA is seeking a Production Cutter to prepare specialty cuts of meat in a timely, accurate manner. You will stage products, cut to spec, and ensure compliance with HACCP and safety guidelines while maintaining an orderly work area.

Qualifications

• Basic meat cutting experience or training.
• Ability to follow customer specifications.
• Commitment to HACCP/OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Select products from pick tickets and stage for production.
• Cut product to meet customer specifications.
• Transport finished product to packaging line.
• Weigh product to ensure compliance with specs.
• Replenish stock as needed.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area.
• Follow all policies and report damages to management.
