The Chefs' Warehouse is hiring a Production Cutter in Union City, CA to prepare specialty meat cuts for customer orders. You will select items from tickets, cut to spec, and move products to the packaging line using carts.

Required is a high school diploma or equivalent with 1–3 months of experience. You must maintain product integrity, follow HACCP/OSHA/GMP guidelines, and keep the area clean. Weekly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1-3 months experience.

Responsibilities

• Select products from pick tickets and stage for production.
• Cut product to meet customer specifications.
• Transport finished product to packaging line with carts.
• Weigh product to ensure compliance with specs.
• Replenish stock as needed.
• Maintain work area clean and orderly.
• Follow HACCP, OSHA & GMP guidelines and report any damage.
