Qualifications

• Must be able to perform very heavy lifting, bend, stand and stoop for prolonged periods.
• Food Handler Card or its equivalent certification is required for all positions related to preparation, handling and serving food.

Responsibilities

• Breaks, cuts, and prepares meat products as prescribed by company standards.
• Prepares meat for display or as ordered by customers.
• Works with customers to take special orders.
• Coordinates with Meat Clerks and Meat Manager to determine which items to cut.
