Chedraui USA, Richardson Store 075, is seeking a Meat Cutter 1 to break, cut, and prepare meat products under supervision. You will work with hand tools and equipment to match the prescribed trim and customer orders, including special requests.

The role emphasizes working in a fast-paced grocery environment with physical duties such as lifting, standing, walking, and kneeling. A Food Handler Card or equivalent certification is required for job-related food handling.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform very heavy lifting, bend, stand and stoop for prolonged periods.
• Food Handler Card or its equivalent certification is required for all positions related to: preparation, handling and serving food.

Responsibilities

• Meat Cutter breaks, cuts, and prepares meat products using hand tools and power equipment in the various sizes and trim prescribed by company standards.
• Meat products are prepared for display or as ordered by customers.
• Works with customers to take special orders. Works with Meat Clerks and Meat Manager to determine which items need to be cut.
