Job summary

Chedraui USA is seeking a dedicated Meat Cutter to join our in-store team. Under direct supervision, you will break, cut, and prepare meat products to specification, handle customer orders, and support display prep while complying with safety and quality standards.

This full‑time, on‑site role requires physical stamina for frequent lifting, standing, bending and kneeling, plus a Food Handler Card. You will collaborate with Meat Clerks and the Meat Manager to meet daily goals and service

Qualifications

• Physical stamina for heavy lifting, bending and standing for long periods.
• Food Handler Card or equivalent certification required for food handling.
• Ability to follow company standards for meat cutting and display prep.

Responsibilities

• Break, cut, and prepare meat products according to required trim and quantity.
• Prepare meat for display or customer orders; assist with special orders.
• Work with Meat Clerks and Meat Manager to determine items to cut and meet daily targets.
