Job summary

Colonial Group in Dallas, TX is seeking a Production Cutter to prepare specialty cuts of meat for customers. You will select products from pick tickets, cut to specifications, and transport finished product to the packaging line.

You will weigh products to ensure compliance, replenish stock, keep the area clean, and follow HACCP, OSHA, and GMP guidelines. A high school diploma and 1–3 months experience are required; lifting up to 50 pounds is expected.

Qualifications

• 1–3 months of experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as part of regular duties.

Responsibilities

• Select products from pick tickets and stage for production.
• Cut product to meet customer specifications.
• Transport finished product to the packaging line.
• Weigh product to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Replenish stock as needed.
• Maintain a clean, orderly work area.
• Report product damage to management immediately.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, HACCP, OSHA & GMP guidelines.
