Job summary

Performance Food Group in Texas seeks an experienced Meat/Seafood Cutter to join our production team. You will cut various meat/seafood portions by hand and with band saws, confirm weights per work orders, and maintain strict safety and GMP standards.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or Equivalent and 1–3 years of cutter experience. You will support sanitation, stock rotation, packaging, and help maintain an efficient production flow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1–3 years meat/seafood cutter experience or related area.
• Ability to follow safety and GMP standards.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate team efforts to ensure efficient meat/seafood cutting per work orders.
• Check weights and portion sizes; operate band saw or slicer.
• Sanitize knives and tools; maintain cleanliness according to USDA standards.
• Assist in packing, labeling, and staging finished products for shipping.
