Job summary

The Chefs' Warehouse in Jessup, MD is hiring a Production Cutter to prepare specialty cuts of meat and meet customer specifications in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

You will select products from pick tickets, cut to specifications, weigh and stage for packaging, and maintain a clean, compliant work area while following HACCP and GMP guidelines. High school diploma and 3–6 months experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–6 months of experience.

Responsibilities

• Select products from pick tickets and stage for production
• Cut product to meet customer specifications
• Transport finished product to appropriate packaging line utilizing carts
• Weigh product to ensure compliance with customer/company specifications
• Replenish stock as needed
• Maintain work area clean and orderly
• Must maintain product integrity with proper handling & report damage to management immediately
• Must follow all company policies and procedures
• Follow all federal, state and local HACCP, OSHA & GMP guidelines

Education
