Job summary

NxEdge, Inc. located within Enpro’s precision machining and assembly network is seeking a Material Handler to move materials, stage work, and support production flow. You will use forklifts and ERP systems to track inventory and support on-time delivery while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities include material handling, local driver duties, and collaboration with machining, assembly, quality, and logistics teams to maintain production efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of material handling, warehouse operations, or manufacturing support experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record per company/insurer requirements.
• Ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment; NxEdge certification provided if needed.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with ERP or inventory systems.
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Move raw materials, components, tooling, and finished goods to designated work centers within Precision Machining & Assembly.
• Stage materials for machining, assembly, inspection, and shipping according to production schedules.
• Load and unload materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, carts, and other approved equipment.
• Maintain inventory movement through ERP system transactions, labeling, and documentation.
• Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and material reconciliation activities.
• Ensure materials are stored safely and organized to support lean manufacturing.
