Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2+ years of forklift operating experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• Experience using ERP systems or inventory management systems for material tracking and transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory handling.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to transport raw materials, finished goods, and work-in-progress throughout the facility.
• Accurately perform ERP transactions (e.g., receipts, transfers, relocations, and shipments) to reflect real-time product movement and inventory status.
• Ensure all material movements are properly tracked and recorded to maintain inventory accuracy and product traceability.
• Load and unload trucks while verifying product quantity, condition, and documentation.
• Move materials to designated storage or production areas in alignment with production schedules and priorities.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and report any safety or maintenance concerns.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines, including proper forklift operation, pedestrian awareness, and use of PPE.
• Maintain organized inventory locations and support 5S and visual management standards.
• Collaborate with production, shipping, and inventory teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Support cycle counts and inventory audits as needed.
