Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical certificate, associate degree, or military training preferred.
• 2+ years in manufacturing, assembly, electronics, aerospace, energy, semiconductor or precision production.
• Experience reading engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and measurement equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Ability to document work and maintain production records.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, and test HTS magnet components per drawings and procedures.
• Follow detailed instructions, drawings, specifications and SOPs.
• Assemble mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical parts to precise standards.
• Document test results and manufacturing data accurately.
• Support Lean manufacturing and safety initiatives.
