Qualifications

• Must have basic reading, writing and math skills including decimals & fractions.
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to precision and measurement interpretation.
• Works well with others in a manufacturing team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety rules and PPE requirements.
• Inspect product quality and report discrepancies; record scrap data.
• Operate assigned equipment per standard work instructions and shift directions.
• Enter data accurately for tickets and production logs.
• Perform preventative maintenance and basic upkeep of equipment.
