Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations to meet high-reliability demands.
• Plan labor across assembly and production cells.
• Manage capacity to optimize throughput in integrated workflows.
• Apply SPC to monitor high-precision standards for mass spectrometry components.
• Lead Lean initiatives to improve yield and efficiency.
• Partner with engineering, supply chain and quality teams for smooth transitions.
