Responsabilités

• Directs the activities of production employees, including hiring, motivating, training and performance management.
• Monitors production levels and reports delays to managers, planning and maintenance.
• Coordinates movement of parts with supply chain to set weekly capacity based on equipment, manpower and materials.
• Ensures policies, rules and procedures are followed in all areas of production.
