Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial/Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
• Strong understanding of mechanical principles, machining, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience improving production processes, SOPs, safety, quality, and efficiency.
• Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and proficiency with computer-based systems and programming tools.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and report data related to machine performance, process parameters, and production output.
• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Improve material flow, setup reduction, machine utilization, and OEE.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to monitor process performance.
• Support manufacturing automation and machine connectivity projects.
• Utilize programming and data analysis tools to collect and analyze production data.
• Assist in implementing Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Partner with Quality Assurance to maintain compliance with certifications and standards.
