Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to safety policies and practices.
• Responsible for quality and adheres to manufacturing process requirements, the Quality Policy, and the SQP.
• Builds product by following certified processes and meets manufacturing goals and metrics.
• Gains a basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing and related principles.
• Maintain records including SFP, TRS, PDM, SAP, and PEO.
• Learn to set up equipment to meet process specifications.
• Interpret quality specifications via SPC and understand tolerances.
• Assist and participate in Focused Factory cross-functional teams.
• Follow all BSC and site-specific policies and training.
