Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science or related field.
• At least 3 years in a relevant area with DFMEA/PFMEA risk documentation.
• Strong data analysis skills using Excel and Minitab.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and take initiative.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement effective process control systems for product development and manufacturing.
• Drive continuous improvements to existing process controls.
• Investigate and apply best-in-class quality engineering practices.
• Promote QA, process controls and CAPA systems meeting requirements.
• Apply systematic problem-solving to identify and resolve quality issues.
• Collaborate with production across four shifts to improve outgoing quality.
• Provide input on departmental and cross-functional engineering initiatives.
• Coach and mentor technicians on the line.
• Perform process validation and verification activities and review related docs.
