Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and quality systems.
• Willingness to learn and rotate across shifts and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety policies and practices.
• Maintain records (Shop Floor Paperwork, TRS, PDM, SAP, PEO).
• Set up equipment to meet process specifications.
• Learn Lean principles and apply CI ideas.
• Collaborate with team and cross-functional groups.
• Assist in achieving production goals and metrics.
