• Builds product by following all certified processes and meeting manufacturing goals and metrics.
• Gain a basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Be flexible and collaborates with team members cross-functionally.
• Maintain records (SFP, TRS, PDM, SAP, PEO).
• Learn to set up equipment to meet process specifications.
• Interpret quality specs via SPC and tighten tolerances with measurement tools.
• Participate in Focused Factory cross-functional teams to drive metrics.
• Follow all company policies and training requirements.
• Learn basic extrusion troubleshooting methods.
• Plan and prepare equipment to meet customer requirements.
