Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required, production experience preferred.
• Ability to operate bench/floor-type machine tools and perform basic setup.

Responsibilities

• Operate light-duty machine tools and equipment (lathes, mills, drills, punches).
• Set up machines and make adjustments; perform maintenance as needed.
• Check work with gauges, jigs and fixtures to ensure close tolerances.
• Monitor quality using statistical process control procedures.
• Train coworkers on certified processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
