Job summary

RealTruck is seeking a Machine Operator to perform setups, operate production equipment, and monitor quality throughout the shift. The role requires inspecting parts to specifications, adjusting tooling as needed, and resolving minor issues to sustain production rates.

The worker will support KPI targets for safety, quality, and efficiency while maintaining clean work areas and proper documentation of production data.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience operating manufacturing, packaging, and process control equipment.
• Press brake experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate machines to maintain continuous production at target rates.
• Perform in-process inspections and ensure visual quality standards.
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot equipment as needed for quality and efficiency.
• Maintain production records and report data accurately.
• Identify defective materials and communicate issues for corrective actions.
• Follow safety procedures and support 5-S workplace standards.
• Collaborate with team, leads, and supervisors to meet KPI targets.
