Job summary

Fulcrum Technologies, Inc. is seeking a hands-on General Production Technician to support multiple areas of our production process in a fast-paced environment. Training will be provided to introduce candidates to our manufacturing processes and safety standards.

This role involves mechanical assembly, surface preparation, powder coating support, and general duties. You will use hand and power tools, follow precise work instructions, and help ensure quality and on-time production.

Qualifications

• Follow instructions and learn new tasks quickly.
• Mechanical aptitude with hand and power tools.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic math and measurement skills (metric and imperial).
• Forklift experience preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with mechanical assembly of precast concrete pedestals and components.
• Follow work instructions, drawings, and specifications.
• Use hand tools and basic measuring instruments.
• Inspect parts and assemblies for quality, fit, and finish.
• Grind, fill, sand, and prepare concrete surfaces for coating.
• Load and unload parts on the powder coating line; mask/unmask parts; support pre-coating prep and sanding.
• Accurately complete production and quality documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
