Job summary

Boulder Connect is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop and optimize cost-efficient manufacturing processes for precision products. You will ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards while driving process improvements and cost reductions.

Responsibilities include coordinating product launches, leading process validations, supporting troubleshooting, assisting with CNC programming, and collaborating across teams on tooling and documentation to sustain high production

Qualifications

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, especially in precision product fabrication.
Experience with process validation and troubleshooting in a production environment.
Proficiency in CNC programming and related technical skills.
