Job summary

EmployBridge is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Corona, CA, to develop and optimize precision manufacturing processes for machined and assembled products. You will lead NPI from design release through production, review drawings, and collaborate across Engineering, Quality, and Operations to resolve issues.

The role requires a solid background in GD&T, machining, assembly operations, and hands-on process development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a precision manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of GD&T, machining processes, assembly operations, and manufacturing best practices.
Experience supporting new product introduction (NPI) and process development.
Experience creating work instructions, routings, process documentation, and manufacturing standards.
Familiarity with CAD software and ERP/MRP systems.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain manufacturing processes, routings, work instructions, tooling requirements, and acceptance criteria.
Lead new product introductions from design release through production implementation.
Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation to develop efficient manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams to resolve manufacturability and process-related issues.
Maintain Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, process documentation, and revision controls within ERP/MRP systems.
Drive improvements in quality, throughput, cost reduction, and first-pass yield through data analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
Design, evaluate, and implement tooling, fixtures, and process enhancements.
Support testing, validation, and process qualification activities for new and existing products.
Ensure compliance with quality management systems, documentation requirements, traceability standards, and change control procedures.
Train and support production personnel on new processes, equipment, and work instructions.
